Where do I find my tracking details?
Both your Tracking Number (PROJ-2025-0001) and Reference ID (25-character code) are sent in your project confirmation email when your project is approved. Look for "Tracking Number" and "Reference ID" in your email. Keep this email safe for secure access to your project status.

We use two-factor verification to ensure your project information remains secure and private. Both values must match to access your project details.
How often is the status updated?
Project status is updated in real-time. Major milestones and changes are automatically reflected on your tracking page, and you'll receive email notifications for important updates.
Can I track multiple projects?
Yes! Each project has its own unique tracking number and Reference ID combination. You can track as many projects as you have with us using their respective credentials.
What if I can't find my tracking details?
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the project confirmation email. If you still can't find it, contact our support team at info@andasmetalwork.com with your name and project title for assistance.
